Make A Blueprint For The Person You Want To Be

If you are going to build the house of your dreams, you first start by making a blueprint...
In order to become what you have always dreamed of, you first need to create the blueprint of the person you want to be.

To do this you could write out a detailed paragraph, make a list, or put together a collage of pictures - the format doesn't matter.  But what matters is that you read your description or look at it on a daily basis.  The writer Ralph Waldo Emerson once said "A man is what he thinks about all day long".  The more you think about what you dream about becoming, the sooner it will become reality.

E + R = O

Everyday we are faced with events and situations that are beyond our control.  These can make us feel helpless or lose sight of our goals.
But the one thing to remember is that even though you do not have any say in the situations that happen, you always have control over is yourself - your thoughts and your actions.  By changing your response to an event, you can change the outcome.
